SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Made Simple
At Bead Breakout, we work with a small group of trusted suppliers so we can offer you a wider variety of products we truly love.
Items that ship from the same supplier ship together for a $5 flat shipping rate. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, they may ship separately, and you may see more than one $5 shipping charge.
💛 Grand Opening Special: Orders over $50 ship FREE, even if items come from different suppliers.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers to bring you the best selection of beading supplies, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments. All items are shipped using the same shipping method you selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and destination. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount - check our current promotions at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can track your package(s) using the provided tracking number(s). If you have multiple shipments, each will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier and our suppliers to resolve the issue.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
