Returns

We want you to love your beading supplies! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all components intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of beads, findings, or small components
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

Please contact us before returning any items. Because we work with multiple suppliers across different locations, we'll provide you with the correct return address and instructions specific to your order. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
