When will my order ship?

Most online orders ship within 1–5 business days, depending on the item. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Just click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.

💜 If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@beadbreakoutllc.com with your order number and we'll send you the tracking info!

Why are there different shipping fees?

We work with a few trusted suppliers to bring you a bigger selection than what we can keep in-store every day. Because items may ship from different locations, shipping costs can vary based on the product, package size, and where it's shipping from. 💜 You'll always see shipping costs before you checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Sometimes we run free shipping promos in our online shop! These offers will be clearly advertised when available and apply to qualifying orders.

Why do some items arrive in separate packages?

Because we work with more than one supplier, your order may ship in more than one package and may arrive on different days.

What if something arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item/packaging, and we'll make it right.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! If there's an issue with your order or you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help.

Because some items ship from our supplier partners, return eligibility and process may vary depending on the item. We'll work with you to find the best solution - whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Do you offer coupon codes or discounts?

Yes! We occasionally offer coupon codes for online orders of $50 or more. When available, codes will be shared on our website and social media—be sure to enter the code at checkout to apply your discount.

Can I pick up my online order in the store?

At this time, local pickup may not be available for all items, especially if they ship directly from one of our trusted suppliers.

Can I use my Bead Breakout gift card online?

In-store gift cards can only be used at our physical location.

Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing online?

Tax-exempt purchasing may be available for approved customers. Please email us at info@beadbreakoutllc.com and we'll help you get set up.

Are the items online the same as what's in your store?

Not always! Our online shop includes items we carry in-store plus an expanded selection through trusted suppliers—so you may see products online that aren't currently on our shelves.

Do you restock items that sell out?

Sometimes—restocks depend on supplier availability. If something sells out, it may return once our vendor has it back in stock.
